A lift will be provided in each block.

White glazed sanitaryware Chrome plated fittings.

Marble / Granite counter top. Stainless steel sink. Glazed tiles up to 2 ft above the kitchen counter. Ceramic tiles flooring.

Toilets:
Flooring ceramic tiles. Glazed tiles upto door height.

Electricals:
Power point in the kitchen. AC point in master bedroom. Geyser point in all toilets. Concealed copper wiring. Exhaust point at kitchen and toilet. Telephone point in the living room. Cable TV point in the living room and the master bedroom.

Filtered water supply through tubewell.
