The group started as a home builder and has diversified into commercial developments.

The Group has completed the "Sugam Park" Housing Complex at Narendrapur a suburb of Kolkata. This Project was adjudged the best housing project in Eastern India for 2007 by a leading design magazine.

Among the currently ongoing projects is Sugam Park at Asansol on a 30 acres of property in public-private partnership with the Asansol Durgapur Development Authority (ADDA).
